Elizabeth Condit, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, AGACNP-BC, is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner at Empathica Spring Care Clinic in Spring, Texas, dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care for patients of all ages.
With over fifteen years of diverse clinical experience, Elizabeth brings a unique blend of expertise in family practice, urgent care, acute care, and wellness to every visit. She is known for her calm, supportive presence and her dedication to helping patients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their health journeys.
Elizabeth’s broad medical background encompasses inpatient and outpatient care, telehealth management, treatment of acute and chronic diseases, comprehensive health assessments, and advanced diagnostic evaluations. She is also certified to perform Department of Transportation (DOT) exams and has extensive experience in wound care, preventative medicine, and long-term care planning. Her training allows her to identify concerns early, guide patients through manageable next steps, and create individualized treatment plans that support whole-person wellness.
Elizabeth earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Vanderbilt University. She later completed a second master’s degree as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at UTHealth School of Nursing. She holds active certifications from both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center, as well as current BLS, ACLS, and PALS credentials.
Throughout her career, she has worked in urgent care centers, surgical practices, primary care clinics, and hospital settings, including high-acuity environments during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Outside of her clinical work, Elizabeth is an active community volunteer, supporting local health fairs, youth programs, and medical mission initiatives.
